The CSPWC has officially proclaimed October 26, 2013 as CSPWC’s Canada Water colour Day with planned Plein Air paint out/paint in events across Canada, which will be open to anyone with interest in watercolour. We are suggesting that CSPWC Members meet all over the country to participate in Plein air Paint-outs, or Paint-ins where the weather is not cooperative. The purpose is to help create a camaraderie among our members and also to promote the medium of watercolour.
