Qualifying criteria
To qualify for a free Gift, purchases must include a minimum spend of £1,000 on a single full-priced watch from Beaverbrooks in-store or online in one single transaction. Promotion does not apply for purchases of pre-owned watches or any discounted (sale) watches. Gifts available depend on minimum spend, see ‘Free Gifts’ section below.
Free Gifts
All gifts are available via qualifying purchases made online at www.beaverbrooks.co.uk, via our Customer Services Sales team, and at all Beaverbrooks stores nationwide.
Purchases £1,000 - £1,999.99:
Customers will receive a free WOLF Watch Roll (C127284) OR £150 Gift Card (EGC0001) with every individual full-priced watch purchased from Beaverbrooks worth £1000 - £1,999.99.
The £150 Gift Card (‘Free gift’) offered within this promotion can be used for one transaction only and any remaining balance will be void.
Purchases £2,000+:
Customers will receive a choice of free WOLF gift (C131050 or C110282) with every individual full-priced watch purchased from Beaverbrooks worth £2000 or more.
One single Gift will be available per qualifying watch purchased, per customer. For every additional qualifying watch purchased, an additional Gift will be available.
If a Gift is no longer available due to circumstances beyond Beaverbrooks’ control, a Gift which in Beaverbrooks sole discretion is of equal or greater value will be provided.
Exclusions
This promotion excludes all OMEGA and Breitling watches, pre-owned watches, and / or discounted (sale) watches.
Purchases made with the Beaverbrooks Christmas Club promotion and any other discount promotions (such as Black Friday sales) will not be eligible for a free Gift.
No cash alternatives or substitutions are available. The Gifts cannot be refunded to Beaverbrooks in isolation for any cash value in return.
Cashback is not payable on watches purchased with this promotion.
Returns
Should a customer wish to return a qualifying watch purchased during this promotion, the customer must return both their Gift and original qualifying watch purchased together, both items must be un-used in order to qualify for a full refund.
If the free Gift is not returned un-used with the watch when refunded, Beaverbrooks reserves the right to deduct the value of the Gift from the refund value.
For purchases made via financial agreement (i.e. V12 Retail Finance) a refund will not be given unless the Gift is returned un-used.
Exchanges
If a customer exchanges the qualifying watch for a non-qualifying watch, the Gift must be returned un-used, otherwise Beaverbrooks reserves the right to deduct the value of the Gift from the exchange sale. If a customer exchanges for a qualifying watch, Gifts do not need to be returned.
Beaverbrooks the Jewellers will take all reasonable steps to monitor the quantity of Gifts available both in-store and online, and will withdraw all live promotion in-store and online should the quantity of Gifts available run below reasonable levels considered for promotion. Beaverbrooks reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel the promotion at any time. Beaverbrooks’ decision in all matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
