Our goal is to provide an educational grant for high school seniors, college students, and graduate students from the USA, who are passionate about software engineering for transportation and logistics.<\/p>\n<p><b>Scholarship amount<\/b>: $1000<\/p>\n<p><b>Application deadline<\/b>: August 1, 2022<\/p>\n<h2>Why are we offering this scholarship?<\/h2>\n<p>Intellias was founded by two techies, Vitaly and Michael, who met in their Applied Math class at university and later pursued careers in software engineering. Their technical background shaped our corporate values from day one.<\/p>\n<p>Here at Intellias, we\u2019re passionate about software engineering and the innovative nature of what we do. That\u2019s why we\u2019re launching our student scholarship program to encourage talented young people with the same passion for technology that we have. This scholarship for transportation engineering will help a high school, college, or university student to achieve their goals in a technical field of study and their future career.<\/p>\n<p>We constantly support local IT communities in Ukraine, the country where we\u2019re based, and contribute to new educational programs in Ukraine\u2019s most prominent universities. We\u2019ve helped establish technology labs for the Internet of Things program at the National University \u2018Lviv Polytechnic\u2019 and a Data Science lab at the Ukrainian Catholic University.<\/p>\n<p>Our grant for high school students is aimed at shaping the future of the software engineering for transportation and logistics industry globally. We know that raising the funds for education isn\u2019t easy, especially for talented young people who spend their time studying hard. That\u2019s why we\u2019re offering this opportunity to get scholarship for college. This scholarships for logistics students can help you explore your talents.<\/p>\n<p>Put simply, we want to support a talented young techie who would like to pursue the dream to innovate and disrupt our tech-first world.<\/p>\n<h4>Here are some of the things we\u2019re currently working on at Intellias:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>We work on the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive <a href=\"https:\/\/intellias.com\/data-platform-for-autonomous-driving\/\">location data platform<\/a> that is powered by real-time HD maps and advances autonomous driving<\/li>\n<li>We are creating a <a href=\"https:\/\/intellias.com\/cloud-transportation-software\/\">cloud-based transportation software<\/a> for efficient logistics route planning and smart city development that relies on <a href=\"https:\/\/intellias.com\/gis-in-transportation-with-spatial-data-toolsets\/\">custom GIS tools<\/a> and real-time traffic data<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019re accelerating the onboarding process for drivers and transportation companies to an <a href=\"https:\/\/intellias.com\/automated-onboarding-for-an-uber-for-trucking-app\/\">Uber-like application for trucking<\/a> by applying computer vision and image recognition technologies<\/li>\n<li>Our engineers are implementing <a href=\"https:\/\/intellias.com\/fleet-management-software-development\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fleet management software solutions<\/a> and \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/intellias.com\/telematics-for-fleet-management-to-optimize-vehicles-efficiency\/\">telematics systems for fleet managers<\/a> that help optimize fleets efficiency for over 2 million vehicles, save costs, minimize idle time, and ensure sustainable logistics services<\/li>\n<li>Our specialists help to increase the efficiency of industrial environments and speed up the development of custom IoT apps by creating data analytics solutions and custom <a href=\"https:\/\/intellias.com\/intelligent-iot-suite-for-industrial-robots\/\">IoT accelerators and platforms<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Who can apply?<\/h2>\n<p>You can apply for our supply and logistics scholarships if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You\u2019re a high school senior, undergraduate student, or graduate student studying software engineering, computer science, applied math, or any other program related to software development<\/li>\n<li>You have a minimum composite <strong>SAT score of 1400<\/strong> or <strong>ACT score of 25<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>You have a minimum <strong>3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>You have a passion for software engineering and technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to apply<\/h2>\n<p>Applying to the logistics scholarships is simple. Our Management Board will examine grades and future career goals to select the student who\u2019s most pro-active and confident about the career they\u2019ve selected. We welcome applicants who have already engaged in some software engineering related projects, research, or studies.
