Does my watch come with a warranty?
When you buy watches from Beaverbrooks, each of our own products includes a Beaverbrooks warranty. This covers you against any manufacturing or design faults for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Designer watches may offer their own warranties, the timeframes for which will depend on the brand and product.

How do I measure my wrist size?
It's important to ensure that your watch fits perfectly as this can make a big difference to its overall appearance. Our printable guide shares seven steps on how to measure your wrist for a watch strap. Please note that different watch straps may require different methods of fitting.
For an accurate measurement, it's best to use our wrist size chart or visit your local Beaverbrooks store. We also offer free watch resizing on some of our metal bracelet watches.

Yes, we have an entire collection of pre-owned watches, giving you luxury at a more affordable price. Each Swiss watch comes with a box and undergoes a thorough health check to guarantee that it's in correct working order.

We certainly do. We have an entire range of designer watches from some of the biggest names in the industry, including Michael Kors, Vivienne Westwood and Boss by Hugo Boss.

How do I look after my watch?
Your luxury watch requires the utmost care and attention to keep it in perfect working condition. When cleaning your watch, use a soft toothbrush and mild soapy water if your watch is water-resistant. Afterwards, rinse with cold water and polish with a soft dry cloth.
If your watch isn't waterproof, avoid any unnecessary exposure to any type of moisture and wipe with a soft dry cloth to keep it clean.
We recommend that you take your watch for a maintenance service every 18 to 24 months. This is to ensure that everything is still in working order, including accurate performance of movement and water-resistance control.
