Intellias Sustainability Report 2021

Intellias releases the 2021 Sustainability Report that summarizes efforts to positively impact the communities and ecosystems globally

In August 2022, Intellias, a global technology enabler for Fortune 500 enterprises and top-tier organizations released its Sustainability Report 2021 summarizing the results of the company’s work and contributions to societal development.

Sustainability Report 2021 was prepared in accordance with leading reporting standards, namely those provided by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).

These international standards have helped the company to outline various aspects of work that influence business sustainability as well as disclose information about the implementation of social value initiatives. By applying a professional reporting approach, Intellias communicates the company’s commitment to social responsibility to current and potential clients and other stakeholders.

In 2021, Intellias obtained a high protection level (AL 2) assessment from the Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange (TISAX). In addition, the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP) recognized Intellias among the best IT service providers in the 2021 Global Outsourcing 100 List for the third time. Also in 2021, research firm Everest Group acknowledged Intellias as a reliable strategic partner for software development in the framework of the Engineering Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2021.

In September 2021, Intellias joined the UN Global Compact to strengthen its efforts and coordinate projects according to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Last year, the company focused on Sustainable Goal No 5: Gender equality and Goal No 11: Sustainable development of cities and communities.

The Intellias team almost doubled in size in 2021, with over 2,500 professionals now on board. This was record growth for Intellias. In 2020, the company employed 1,570 people, 25% of whom were women. In 2021, the percentage of full-time employees who were women rose to 27.7%, and more than 60% of the company’s experts have a senior or higher level of qualification.

We are happy to share last year’s achievements. We managed to implement several important projects in 2021. These projects were designed to improve the wellbeing of our colleagues and bring lasting positive change to society. Some of the projects are now being re-evaluated and transformed because of the war, but there is one thing that remains consistent, and that’s our human-to-human culture.

Last year, Intellias received several awards, being recognized as the best IT employer by Forbes, EY Ukraine, and DOU.ua. In 2022, Intellias was listed among the top 25 youth-friendly Ukrainian employers. Intellias was also named the most family-friendly company in Ukraine according to United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the Corporate Social Responsibility Development Center.

Russia’s war against Ukraine, which began February 24, 2022, affected the publication date of the report, but it has never jeopardized the values that drive Intellias to make our world a better place. The company would like to thank its team and partners for a productive and bright 2021. Intellias is looking forward to achieving big goals in 2022 despite the war.
